Beanna Whitlock, EA

Beanna is one of the most respected speakers in the country. Beanna has testified before Congress, Treasury, and the IRS Oversight Board. Besides being an enrolled agents she also served as a tax law instructor with emphasis on Limited Liability Company and choice of entity presentations. Beanna served as the IRS Director of National Public Liaison as well as consulting for the Office of Professional Responsibility regarding presentations to the tax community. Beanna has published articles in Accounting Today, Tax Notes, Newsweek, Time Magazine, Ladies Home Journal and Parent’s Magazine. Beanna’s accomplishments also include being interviewed by Brian Williams of NBC Nightly News.

Jacob

Managing Partner of Integrity Advisors Pension Consultants

Jacob represents the third generation of this 65-year-old multi-faceted Financial Services Organization, serving the individual and business communities. He is qualified to advise CPA’s, Attorneys and Business owners. Since 2013, he has aided in transitioning relationships with Integrity Advisors Pension Consultants Inc., alongside his father and mentor Matthew Gaglio, who has been in the industry for the past 26 years. He also had the honor of working under the tutelage of his grandfather, Salvatore Gaglio who worked in this industry for over 65 years. Jacob specializes in assisting self-employed business owners and independent professionals in recovering substantial tax dollars that would otherwise be lost forever. His focus has been in the education of advisors, whose clients rely on their expertise for guidance. Attributable to his predecessors, he is well versed with the changes in current tax legislation, qualified/nonqualified pension and executive retirement trusts, qualified tax shelters, estate planning, asset protection, and induvial planning for high-net-worth individuals. Jacob received his BA from Marist College with a minor in Business Marketing. He lives in Pawling with his wife Annalisa and their two sons Matteo and Marco. He enjoys spending time with his family, sports and the outdoors.

Matthew Gaglio

President and CEO of Integrity Advisors Pension Consultants Inc

Matthew Gaglio is the President and CEO of Integrity Advisors Pension Consultants Inc., a three generation multi-faceted financial services organization serving the individual and business communities. He is a Financial Advisor/Registered Representative, who is qualified to advise Certified Public Accountants, Attorneys and Business owners. He is a Certified Estate Planner, CEP, and is recognized as a member of “Top of the Table”, Chairman’s Council Producer for the past 25 years. and “Million Dollar Round Table” qualifier ranking him within the top 10 percentile nationally.

In 1990 Integrity Advisors Pension Consultants, Inc. formalized a relationship with National Retirement Planning Associates where he further solidified a partnership with his father, Salvatore Gaglio, who had been in the industry for over 65 years. Matthew specializes in assisting self-employed business owners and independent professionals in recovering substantial tax dollars legally. Specific areas include strategic advice with the changes in current tax law, qualified/nonqualified pension and executive benefit retirement trusts, qualified tax shelters, estate and distribution planning, asset protection, investment strategies, and individual planning for high-net-worth individuals.

His focus has been working with and in the education of such advisors as Certified Public Accountants, Attorneys, CPA Associations, and professional Committees whose clients rely on their expertise for guidance. Mr. Gaglio received his B.A. from Stonybrook University in New York. He lives in Pawling, New York with his wife, Diane. Matthew’s daughter Rachel is a certified Public Accountant, and Matthew’s son’s Joseph and Jacob, came into the Firm in 2013 and are carrying on their father’s and grandfather’s legacy, as the third Generation.

Daniel Jock, EA

Member of the American Academy of Actuaries

Daniel worked for MassMutual Life in Springfield, Massachusetts for 7 years performing consulting and analysis for public and private defined benefit plan consulting firms before starting his consulting practice, Cornerstone Retirement, in 2016. In 2021, Daniel acquired Qualified Plan Consultants (QPC), a firm founded in 1983 by Lawrence Starr, an industry icon for education and professionalism in various industry societies. Together, Cornerstone and QPC continue to provide highly customized retirement plan design and consulting to many different types of employers.

Matthew E. Rappaport

Vice Managing Partner of Falcon Rappaport & Berkman PLLC

Matthew E. Rappaport is Vice Managing Partner of Falcon Rappaport & Berkman PLLC, and he chairs its Taxation and Private Client Groups. He concentrates his practice in Taxation as it relates to Real Estate, Closely Held Businesses, Private Equity Funds, and Trusts & Estates. He advises clients regarding tax planning, structuring, and compliance for commercial real estate projects, all stages of the business life cycle, generational wealth transfer, family business succession, and executive compensation. He also collaborates with other attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, bankers, and insurance professionals when they encounter matters requiring a threshold level of tax law expertise.

Malik S. Javed

PRINCIPAL - COST SEGREGATION

Malik S. Javed is a Principal and oversees engineering operations for Cost Segregation projects at KBKG. He is a Certified member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP) and is currently a member of the ASCSP Technical Standards Committee. Since joining KBKG in 2004, Malik S. Javed has performed thousands of Cost Segregation studies for clients in various industries, regularly reviewed architectural and engineering drawings and construction cost budgets. He has provided continuing professional education to hundreds of CPA’s across the country on various real estate tax issues. Malik S. Javed has also successfully represented KBKG’s clients in an IRS audit.

Prior to joining KBKG, Malik worked as a Resident Engineer in Construction Management at PEPAC. He was responsible for the overall performance and quality of work; including the verification of bills, estimates, and claims, as well as supervising the construction of buildings in accordance with design and specifications.

Malik earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from California State University, Northridge.

Ahron Golding, Esq, MTx

Attorney

PROFILE: Ahron is Roth&Co’s tax attorney, based out of the firm’s New York office.

Aron graduated with a JD in law from the university of Maryland, and was previously a partner in a tax law firm.
Ahron uses his unique background in accounting, tax, and law to help individuals and businesses resolve tax controversies with the IRS.

Richard H. Rottkamp, EA

(EA) Enrolled Agent - America's Tax Professionals

PROFILE: Richard is a member of the Board of Directors for both the New York State Tax and Accounting Professionals and the New York Chapter of the National Association of Tax Professionals. He has owned and operated a tax practice on Long Island for over thirty-five years and has been an Enrolled Agent since 2001. He is a past president of the New York Chapter of the National Association of Tax Professionals and served as their Education Committee Chairperson for several years.

Richard is a certified instructor and has been teaching Federal and New York State Tax Update and Review Seminars for many years.
Richard earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Hofstra University in 1982. During his twenty-year
career with the New York City Police Department, Richard spent over eight years as a Training Sergeant. He holds a certificate in Methods of Instruction and currently attends many tax update seminars earning more than seventy-five Continuing Education credits each year.

Besides his involvement with the NYSTAP and the NATP, Richard is also an active member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents. He further lends his support to several volunteer organizations and is a volunteer firefighter in his hometown of Baldwin, NY.
